The issue is with the current story - is pathing. We didn't even have time to establish the time to develop the feeling for the characters, to grow in to them, for the portrayal of brainwashing to be impactful. Even since chapter 2 - like, squad leader is shown to make a connection with our MC, but it instantly it goes into a mindless porno. I mean, it's not the reason we all came here, but still. As to highlight and show the viewer that it was a consequence of MC's own actions all along! If the previous established character personalities wouldn't be erased, but rather evolve and adapt to the circumstances they are in - with ever increased lust, for example, with their conflicting feelings of normal - the concept may be more interesting. But we will see how it goes.

For anyone wondering, Nyuu Koubou doesn't personally draw on these small projects anymore, he offer storyline and maybe drafts, he works majorly on big projects like CG works or video games.
