@Luneward Unfortunately, you're one of the few who sees it that way. Most people hate the uploader of these MTLs (<- at least judging by the comments on the upload site, e-hentai). Personally, though, I think it's good that a few old doujins/manga are still getting translated, even if the quality is sometimes poor.

I love how all the doujins that have that warning page tend to be significantly better translated and typeset than even a lot of normally translated doujins.
