Let's be honest looking at how all his stories go you shouldn't expect a drastic turn to something completely different. Given the preview for the next one and his note on the last page I wouldn't expect anything to change for a while, maybe ever. I can totally see this going for like 5 more chapters and then get a super quick ending where the son finally snaps and kills them all, the end.

I really don't know what some people see in this series. It doesn't even have good artwork the female lead has just one facial expression the whole time, and honestly, it looks like a copy and paste job from the previous series. Not to mention the plot itself we all know that in NTR stories, the female lead usually has an IQ of 20, but this one tops even that. This character acts as if she were mentally disabled. Although that would explain the single facial expression. It seems like the author wanted to do something new with a disabled character but forgot to mention it.
