Personally, I find the line between loli and just petite kinda nebulous, there are a bunch of factors. Young but weirdly busty ("oopai loli"): no thanks, that just seems wrong to me, that's not loli. Elementary age: Loli. Middle school age: Loli High school age: depends on body type. Probably also depends on how mature they act. Blue Archive has some that are loli and some that aren't. A random example : Hitomi from Irozuku/Irodduku is petite, but she's tall and pretty, I wouldn't call her loli. Age 20+, thin, flat, short: loli (example: Beatrice from Re:Zero) Age 20+, thin, flat, tall: petite (example: Holo from Spice and Wolf) But for a site's tagging rules, it's probably safest to be more concrete.
