It leaked way sooner than i expected(the bathtime story needed a few months after premiere to appear here). As everyone has already noticed, this story has two alternative timelines. In one, Mari is with her boyfriend, while in the other, she is with boyfriend, but constantly cheats on him with different people. It certainly isn't typical NTR, where a woman leaving her partner in favor of her lover, but i guess it's for the sake of humor and story. Personally, I like this setting where Mari gets paid for sex, because it opens up the possibility of creating many scenarios based on that. She can go to another photo shoots, she can be an porn actress, she can go to various part-time jobs, and get extra money for hidden sex with various people there. The possibilities are limitless now.

@DaisukeMorita i don't think the vanilla timeline got invalidated, Gachonjirou said that he could continue the vanilla one if he has the time, just remember the midquel bath chapter was made when everyone keep asking for an NTR sequel

@DaisukeMorita speaking of consistency it's true that Gachonjirou is seemingly doesn't care about chronological but since Game Tomodachi series is already made with the idea as a prequel for Isekai AV series I think he eventually would make a plot point that lead up into that series, for example in this cosplay chapter the photographers took pictures of Mari getting railed, in my opinion this plot could be used in future chapter where those photos got leaked and ended up on the AV crew and they see Mari has a potential as a AV Actress

@donova That's pretty clever. Again I think he clearly don't want to bothering himself with a chronology (unlike a consistency obsessive like I am). I said it on the pixiv but the strengh of this series is Mari personnality can work for the vanilla and the NTR series, pretty much easily. So yeah, an episodic structure, where you have an initial situation but each chapter can be read in the order of your choice, that's not a bad idea at all.

@DaisukeMorita IMO since this cosplay chapter doesn't even mention anything about the previous onsen event I think it's free to say that Gachonjirou wants the reader to be free where to read it chronologically, hell you can start from chapter 1 then straight to this without missing anything, to further add my point here Gachonjirou on his X account answered someone question which one is canon and he simply said "anything is canon for you! you can pick any timeline you like and choose it as your own canon!"

to set things straight first of all Game Tomodachi series is made as prequel for Isekai AV series so Mari is inevitably will become an AV actress one day, second author on his pixiv fanbox account made it clear that the ntr timeline is the one that will end up into Isekai AV timeline, the vanilla timeline is still in consideration if he's going to made another sequel but for now the author is focusing on ntr timeline first

If you ask about chronology (since Gonchanjirou seems to not really care about it) here my interpretation : First, "Gaming Buddy to fuck buddy", nothing change. Then the timeline split in the onsen. In the vanilla time, Mari and Sakamoto clarified their relationship and Mari is just totally satisfied with her romantic pleasure. Then, even though it's suppose to be a midquel, there is the bath one (nothing in the little I read with poor translation seems to contratic it). In the NTR, her threesome has awaken a desire to experiment so she give up more (too ?) easily against tentation. And as a sequel to this timeline, we have this one. In this NTR universe, Sakomoto remains her number one but she allows herself to do it with other "participants". Not worst than male hentai protagonists if you want my opinion.

Of course it's more NTR, what is with Japan and being so obsessed with being cucked, the first in this series was great, why ruin it with NTR
