I’d like a scenario where the female character’s breasts and hips simply grow larger without any mutation, while the male character’s penis and testicles enlarge, allowing him to have sex and ejaculate repeatedly rather than just once before being consumed. For the plot, I want the beginning to show their bodies changing—her breasts and hips expanding, and his penis and testicles growing—followed by them having sex where he ejaculates four or five times. It should end with them cuddling, showing an X-ray view of fertilization occurring in the womb. I don't want to see a rapid pregnancy progression; I’d prefer to focus on them having continuous, uninterrupted sex.
