So basically the childhood friend he impregnated wasn't the MC's yet the MC dedicated to stop being a lolicon which caused a whole time anomaly since the MC's Great Grandmother and Grandmother were impregnated by the MC since they were children, which fixed the course of time in the past eventually. The only remaining problem was the future, so the Time Traveler loli was the MCs wife so the MC has to ensure that his daughter from the Time Traveler also has to be impregnated by the past MC so that they could create a grandchild that can discover the true essence of the time machine and the MC still has to make children with the Time Traveler so she can create a 3rd daughter that will be the Time Traveler's Mother, hence a clone which patches up the whole anomaly from both past and future.
