This is quite the historical piece. Released by an artist on 2003, that means, the same year Yotsuba was serialized, commenting on how the general opinion on the manga was quite divided between those who hated it and those who loved it, and saying he personally may like it even more than Azumanga Daioh, He also touches on the lack of Yotsuba doujinshi, and the preference some seemed to have on Fuuka over other Yotsuba characters. This manga was in its infancy, and so still hadn't turned into the classic and representative of manga that it is today, and still wasn't the mascot character of a certain image board we all know and love. It is also interesting to note that this author seems to have kept it up for the last 20 motherfucking years, which is commendable in and of itself.
