I'm an asshole who actually searched deep thru google and found out that there's an adaptation for the 3rd part which is a part of the 2-cour series, Creamy Pie. And the story somehow confuses me as we all know that the hero and the princess are lovers but on the adaptation it is stated that Alice Fairy is the general who always accompanies the hero and that they are lovers and promised each other to marry after the wars but the hero got stolen from her by the princess. The only similarity is that she gave her virginity to him...

First part is Princess Maid, Second part is Day Dream then third part is Ikinari! Alice-Chan which is only translated in Arabic. But according to the scenes, Alice fell in love with him during the course of the events of the series which is why she offered her virginity to him not as an act of duty but because she's already in love with him so she did take hero for herself and now they are happily living as a couple in other words, after the sweet two prequels full of vanilla, defloration and yuri, the 3rd one got netorare.

So Fairy sent back the hero to his original world and tagged along leaving the princess to rule by herself. I wonder if they do have a child. At least that way the hero left a 3rd joyful memory: 1st would be her defloration, 2nd would be their married, then 3rd would be having a child.

So the chronological Order seems to be "Princess Maid" in Milky Pocket, "Day Dream"in Renai Specialite, and finally "Suddenly Alice-chan!" from Love Kiss. There is a side story in Renai Specialite called Angelica, but it doesn't seem to have any bearing on this story. I don't know if there's anymore beyond that because I would have to look at almost 2 years worth of Comic Bavel. As it stands the story is basically Alice NTRing Seria.

The manga isn't translated yet, but its anime version is subbed, and you can find it in the 2nd part (the anime has the same name). In short, the hero returns to his world, forgetting everything that happens; Alice Fairy follows him, and well, the rest is up to you to see.
