@ ivaoe There is some kind of continuation, Rider follow a "training" conducted by Shirou, doing more and more extreme stuff (larger and longer insertions etc, Rider getting more and more used to it (with variations) and some other stuff like : street and at school play n°5 and n°7, records, and cam play n°8 n°9 and n°10), a nipple ring added on n°10 and forward, the beach vacation (n°11/12), then return to some "usual play at home" on n°13, n°14 is some kind of repeat of n°3 to show how things have changed, rider waited a week to masturbate on n°3 (someting set by Shirou) , on N°14 she can't even wait for the next day . Then there is n°15 and 16 that depict rider first with Shirou at some kind of swinger club or something then alone by herself (don't know if it's by Shirou order or strictly by her one doing). Yeah some are not directly connected but there still is some kind of continuation / evolution of Rider and here relation with Shirou.

It really feels the author just slaps title and some ideas to a so called series, it doesn't feel as coherent as a series, but idk
