I see many pointing that it is a mistake of the term "oppa" and that the other guy is in fact her boyfriend. It makes sense, but I insist that the last page and how the protagonist sees the condoms (the same ones he saw the other guy buying in the store) does not seem to be without purpose, but rather it seems that both the protagonist and the reader realize it that moment that this guy, be it her brother or whoever, is also having sex with her. And that surprise wouldn't make much sense to me if he had been her boyfriend all along.

Although it's funny because when they're in the store he comments that he buys condoms because they're "his girl's" favorites, but it doesn't seem like he's talking about the same person, and in the end they focus so directly on them. Was it a "twist" that he was actually having sex with his sister? It was a mistranslation from Korean, that guy isn't her brother, it's her boyfriend. She calls him "oppa", which is a general term girls use to refer to guys slightly older than them that they're close to (kinda like how "onii-san" is in Japanese). It can refer to a brother, boyfriend or just a friend. The translators went with "brother" which doesn't really fit, especially since Korean authors rarely do full-on incest

Couple of things to note here: 1- On page 5 we see "Brother" buying a specific brand of condoms. 2- On page 25 we see "Brother" arriving on "Sister" home saying that they used 3 condoms and also that he forgot his wallet and so the MC sees 3 used condoms and a wallet. 3 - Still on page 25 we hear "brother" talking to sister on a lewd way. He says "just a shirt looks fine" and that "we" used 3 condom so they were having sex. Now with that in mind we can safely assume a few things: 1 - Both "brother" and "MC" are having sex with "sister" 2 - They clearly don't know that FMC is having sex with both of them. 3 - FMC was cheating both of them. 4 - MC was going to tell "brother" about his relationship with "sister" so MC is the only loyal here.

I think the concept of oppa in this is referring to her boyfriend because oppa can be use outside of siblings too.... so it ntr...

If he's really a friend and he is serious about the girl, I think he should at least give his friend a heads-up (unless things are different for youngsters these days)...
