So this story doesn't make sense. - A top-level female fighter would easily beat a similarly sized, untrained, but fit amateur man. They often spar with men and could (not always) hold their own. (Obviously if the guy have some background in martial arts then it would be different) - Skill and experience matter far more than most amateurs realize.
