Clearly whoever made this doesn't know anything about karate. For one, it's test of technique, not strength, and their technique are dogshit. Years of karate training has thought me that the woman has the skill of a white belt, her kick is just pure power without the proper precision required to minimize injury (on the first fight though), her blocks just direct the attacker's energy directly into her face (absolutely stupid and also have a chance of breaking her arm's bones), her footing is ok (I guess).
